    Liability waivers

Rental businesses, equipment shops, and activity providers can require a signed waiver before fulfilling an order — automatically sent the moment a customer checks out.

    Service contracts & agreements

Custom work, installations, or subscription services can include a signed service agreement tied directly to the Shopify order, so you never start work without a signature on file.

    Consent forms

Health, beauty, and wellness merchants can collect digital consent forms for treatments or procedures, with a tamper-proof record of who signed and when.

    Custom order agreements

Made-to-order, engraved, or personalized products can require sign-off on specifications and return policy before production begins — reducing disputes and chargebacks.
